How we work

From a messy scan to a file that adds up.

Silent video: a scanned PDF is split into documents, its values are read and cross-checked with Matches and Review results, and the file goes out as a numbered filing.

  1. Load

    Documents go in once, loose or as a scanned PDF, and the original is kept untouched.

  2. Split

    The platform proposes where each document starts and what type it is, and you confirm it.

  3. Read

    Every value sits next to the crop it came from; anything unreadable is flagged for manual entry.

  4. Cross-check

    Lots, weights, dates and validity periods are compared across documents, and each check returns Matches, Review or Can’t check.

  5. File

    On closing, the platform produces a single indexed file, numbered and locked.

  6. Record

    Every confirmation, correction and sign-off is logged with a name and a time.
