Platforms

Five traceability and export platforms on one engine.

Aferis Systems’ platforms cover the paperwork of a regulated operation, from the origin of the goods to customs and audit. They share reading, cross-checking, versions and logging: start with one and add another on the same data.

Which one solves what

From the export file to the pre-customs check.

Sample data.

  1. Aferis Trace

The export file, from catch to buyer. The origin is recorded once and every file built from it inherits it.

    See the case study

  2. Aferis Catch

Catch certificates and traceability data in digital form, validated before issue and version-controlled.

  3. Aferis Cold

The cold chain, documented: it digitises freezing charts and cold store records and flags every day without one.

It doesn’t measure temperature inside the product.

  4. Aferis Audit

Each requirement linked to its evidence and expiry, traceback exercises on real lots, and alerts before anything lapses.

  5. Aferis Customs Available

Cross-checks a container’s invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates and label, and proposes the TARIC code before customs.

Why now

Destination markets are moving from asking for documents to asking for data.
