This policy describes how Aferis Systems, S.L. (hereinafter "Aferis Systems", "we") processes the personal data you provide through the contact form on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, the type of interest selected and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of data, nor do we ask you to include them in your message.
Purpose of processing
We process your data for the sole purpose of handling and replying to the enquiry or request you submit. If you join the Aferis Customs waitlist, we also process it to notify you of the product launch.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your consent, given when you tick the form checkbox and submit it (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is requested specifically and the checkbox is not pre-ticked.
Retention period
We keep the message received in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, at most, for the period during which liabilities may arise from that handling. After that period, we delete the message. You may request its earlier erasure at any time.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To handle and send email we use an email service provider ([proveedor de email]), which acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, with whom we maintain the corresponding processing agreement.
International transfers
If our email provider processes data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such a transfer relies on an adequacy decision, on the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or on standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, with appropriate safeguards under Arts. 44 to 49 GDPR. If all processing takes place within the EEA, no international transfers occur.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability. To do so, write to us at esteban@adoqai.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond to your request within a maximum of one month from receipt, extendable as provided by law.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To do so, write to us at esteban@adoqai.com.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) through its electronic office at www.aepd.es.
