A person decides
Every split, value read or cross-check result is a proposal. Someone confirms it, and the log records who.
Every action logged
Uploads, corrections, closures and rule changes, with a name and date. Our own access, through a delegated role, too.
Swappable AI provider
We read with external AI models through our own layer. The provider can be changed without rebuilding the platform.

Evidence one click away. Every check links to the value, the document and the page it came from.
Reading service, reviewed with you. It can be in your company’s name; we check its data-use terms before choosing it.
What we don’t do
We don’t make up what can’t be read. Anything unreadable is flagged for manual entry.
We don’t certify regulatory compliance. The legal assessment belongs to you and the authority.
We don’t verify that signatures or stamps are genuine. We detect whether they’re present and consistent.
We don’t replace customs or official systems. Filing stays with you or your broker.
What people usually ask us.
No. We don’t train models of our own on your documents. What the reading service does with them depends on its contract, which can be in your company’s name.
In your company’s own cloud account, in the region you choose. If we part ways, there’s nothing to migrate and no export to request.
No. Filings are numbered and there’s no function to edit or delete them; anything later goes into a supplement. Originals are kept as loaded.
As a data processor, under the Article 28 GDPR contract and its security measures. Your company decides which personal data is processed and why.
Not entirely. Aferis Customs is a cloud service run by Aferis, with no implementation and no two-account model. It hosts its data in the European Union; its terms are at customs.aferis.es.
